configure: allow to run clang with ASAN
...
Prefer adding LSAN_OPTIONS="suppressions=$PWD/tests/sanitizer_suppressions/lsan" when CC=clang instead.
Changelog-Added: build: clang build now supports --enable-address-sanitizer .
