Rusty Russell 401f1debc5 common: clean up json routine locations.
We have them split over common/param.c, common/json.c,
common/json_helpers.c, common/json_tok.c and common/json_stream.c.

Change that to:
* common/json_parse (all the json_to_xxx routines)
* common/json_parse_simple (simplest the json parsing routines, for cli too)
* common/json_stream (all the json_add_xxx routines)
* common/json_param (all the param and param_xxx routines)

Michael Schmoock 67fdc6f8ad gossipd: send updated node_annoucement remote_addr
This is the cheapest algo I came up with that simply checks that the
same `remote_addr` has been report by two different peers. Can be
improved in many ways:

 - Check by connecting to a radonm peers in the network
 - Check for more than two confirmations or a certain fraction
 - ...

Changelog-Added: Send updated node_annoucement when two peers report the same remote_addr.

Rusty Russell 0d4f014021 gossip_store: create end marker for EOF.
This is better than using the previous "keep statting the file" approach,
since we can also tell you how long the replacement is, to avoid a
gratitous load.

Rusty Russell 5c167d16ab tools/generate-wire.py: use helpers.

Rusty Russell ca2bd98082 unittest: use common_setup / common_shutdown almost everywhere.
Avoids much cut & paste. Some tests don't need any of it, but most
want at least some of this infrastructure.

Rusty Russell c34c055d82 Makefile: use completely separate spec-derived files for EXPERIMENTAL_FEATURES
This avoids overwriting the ones in git, and generally makes things neater.

We have convenience headers wire/peer_wire.h and wire/onion_wire.h to
avoid most #ifdefs: simply include those.

Rusty Russell 1746406e41 Makefile: normalize all the Makefiles
We create ALL_PROGRAMS, ALL_TEST_PROGRAMS, ALL_C_SOURCES and
ALL_C_HEADERS. Then the toplevel Makefile knows which are
autogenerated (by wildcard), so it can have all the rules to clean
them or check the source as necessary.

Rusty Russell a2fa699e0e Use node_id everywhere for nodes.
I tried to just do gossipd, but it was uncontainable, so this ended up being
a complete sweep.

We didn't get much space saving in gossipd, even though we should save
24 bytes per node.

Rusty Russell 3ac0e814d0 daemons: use amount_msat/amount_sat in all internal wire transfers.
As a side-effect of using amount_msat in gossipd/routing.c, we explicitly
handle overflows and don't need to pre-prune ridiculous-fee channels.

Rusty Russell 40315bfb91 test: fix dependencies.
Test objects must be added to $(ALL_OBJS) so they correctly depend on
CCAN headers etc.

Also, each test in a subdir must depend on headers and src in the parent
directory, as it will often #include them directly.

Rusty Russell c8aa50a382 gossipd: fix routing issue.
I had a routing problem, and wrote a simple unit test which passed. So
I wrote one which copied the failure case (and importantly, had a non-1
fee factor), which triggerd it.

In that real example, we underflowed which resulted in us not finding
a route. Simply don't consider routes which are infinite.
