Rusty Russell 33a40ca73b listinvoice: populate local_offer_id when iterating whole db.
And add the local_offer_id to the schemas too.

Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
Changelog-EXPERIMENTAL: JSONRPC: `listoffers` now shows `local_offer_id` when listing all offers.

Rusty Russell 4c4288e3e5 invoice: handle bolt12 strings if EXPERIMENTAL_FEATURES.
The database still calls them `bolt11`, but we treat them depending on
prefix.

Rusty Russell fab0842d31 lightningd: createinvoice low-level invoice creation command.
This takes an unsigned bolt11 (or bolt12 if EXPERIMENTAL_FEATURES) string
and signs it and puts it in the database.

The invoice command could now be moved out to a plugin, in fact.

Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: `createinvoice` new low-level invoice creation API.

Rusty Russell 963f6b5d67 invoice: add an optional local_offer_id.
This allows us to mark an offer used when an invoice derived from it
is paid, and importantly, avoid any other invoices for the offer being
paid.

Rusty Russell 81c89aaef8 wallet: add invoice features into db.
In a future version, we will use features to insist that payers
provide the secret. In transition, we may have old invoices which
didn't insist on that, so we need to know this on a per-invoice basis.

Not sure if I got the right syntax for adding an empty blob though!

Rusty Russell ef7a820ab1 log: make formatting more consistent.
1. Printed form is always "[<nodeid>-]<prefix>: <string>"
2. "jcon fd %i" becomes "jsonrpc #%i".
3. "jsonrpc" log is only used once, and is removed.
4. "database" log prefix is use for db accesses.
5. "lightningd(%i)" becomes simply "lightningd" without the pid.
6. The "lightningd_" prefix is stripped from subd log prefixes, and pid removed.

Changelog-changed: Logging: formatting made uniform: [NODEID-]SUBSYSTEM: MESSAGE
Changelog-removed: `lightning_` prefixes removed from subdaemon names, including in listpeers `owner` field.

Christian Decker b89222f2d9 db: Adjust queries to work with postgres
The DB field type has to match the size of the accessor-type, and we had to
split the `REPLACE INTO` and `INSERT INTO OR IGNORE` queries into two
queries (update and insert if not updated) since there is no portable UPSERT
operation, but impact should be minimal.

Christian Decker 803007ecdf db: Make the `db` struct private and provide accessors instead
We will soon generalize the DB, so directly reaching into the `struct db`
instance to talk to the sqlite3 connection is bad anyway. This increases
flexibility and allows us to tailor the actual implementation to the
underlying DB.

Christian Decker 57f91246cf wallet: Change db_select_prepare to check for select instead
`db_select_prepare` was prepending the "SELECT" part in an attempt to limit
its use to read-only statements. This is leads to the queries in the code not
actually being well-formed, which we'll need in a later commit, and was also
resulting in extra allocations. This switches the behavior to just enforce a
"SELECT" prefix being present which allows us to have well-formed queries in
the code again and avoids the extra allocation.

Rusty Russell 220449e1cd ccan: import ccan/json_out and ccan/json_escape.
These are generalized from our internal implementations.

The main difference is that 'struct json_escaped' is now 'struct
json_escape', so we replace that immediately.

The difference between lightningd's json-writing ringbuffer and the
more generic ccan/json_out is that the latter has a better API and
handles escaping transparently if something slips through (though
it does offer direct accessors so you can mess things up yourself!).

Rusty Russell e1e26ca69d db: create explicit separate API for select statements.
I was tempted to create a new db_select_stmt wrapper type, but that means
a lot of boilerplate around binding, which expects to work with db_prepare
*and* db_select_prepare.

This lets us clearly differentiate between db queries (which don't need to
go to a plugin) and db changes (which do).

Christian Decker fbbc5899e4 invoices: Make the invoice_details more idiomatic
This seems like a premature optimization: it tried to cut down the number of
allocations by reusing the same `struct invoice_details` while iterating through
a number of results. But this sidesteps the checks by `valgrind` and we'd miss a
missing field that was set by the previous iteration.

Rusty Russell fed5a117e7 Update ccan/structeq.
structeq() is too dangerous: if a structure has padding, it can fail
silently.

The new ccan/structeq instead provides a macro to define foo_eq(),
which does the right thing in case of padding (which none of our
structures currently have anyway).

Upgrade ccan, and use it everywhere. Except run-peer-wire.c, which
is only testing code and can use raw memcmp(): valgrind will tell us
if padding exists.

Interestingly, we still declared short_channel_id_eq, even though
we didn't define it any more!

Rusty Russell 55d962046b Rename (almost) all destructors to destroy_<type>.
We usually did this, but sometimes they were named after what they did,
rather than what they cleaned up.

There are still a few exceptions:
1. I didn't bother creating destroy_xxx wrappers for htable routines
   which already existed.
2. Sometimes destructors really are used for side-effects (eg. to simply
mark that something was freed): these are clearer with boutique names.
3. Generally destructors are static, but they don't need to be: in some
cases we attach a destructor then remove it later, or only attach
to *some* cases. These are best with qualifiers in the destroy_<type>
   name.
