Rusty Russell d95cfc0b64 hsmd: rename "capabilities" flags for hsm fds to "permissions"
I obviously like the word "capabilities" since I reused it to refer
to the HSM's overall features :(

Rusty Russell c45eb62b57 lightningd: create small hsm_sync_req() helper for hsm queries.
Commonalizes a small piece of code.

Rusty Russell 3db3dc946f lightningd: move bip32_pubkey here from common/, add hsm check.
At the moment only lightingd needs it, and this avoids missing any
places where we do bip32 derivation.

This uses a hsm capability to mean we're backwards compatible with older
hsmds.

Changelog-Added: Protocol: we now always double-check bitcoin addresses are correct (no memory errors!) before issuing them.

Rusty Russell e02f5f5bb8 hsmd: new version, which tells us the HSM version, and capabilities.
Importantly, adds the version number at the *front* to help future
parsing.

niftynei 57488cde13 hsm: decouple hsm from wallet; init before wallet
We're going to use the hsm for a migration, so we need to set up the HSM
before we get to the wallet migration code.

All that this requires is removing the places in HSM init that we touch
the database struct -- easy enough to accomplish by passing the required
field back out from init, and then associating it onto the wallet after
it's been initialized.

Rusty Russell a2fa699e0e Use node_id everywhere for nodes.
I tried to just do gossipd, but it was uncontainable, so this ended up being
a complete sweep.

We didn't get much space saving in gossipd, even though we should save
24 bytes per node.

Rusty Russell 04c77f4853 lightningd: use hsm_get_client_fd() helper for global daemons too.
We couldn't use it before because it asserted dbid was non-zero. Remove
assert and save some code.

Rusty Russell 28c3706f87 hsmd: fix missing status messages.
I crashed the HSMD, and it gave no output at all. That's because we
were only reading the status fd when we were waiting for a reply.

Fix this by using a separate request fd and status fd, which also means
that hsm_sync_read() is no longer required.

Rusty Russell ff6a6f8deb lightningd: create hsm_get_client_fd() helper.
We're going to use this more when we hand hsm fds to openingd,
onchaind and closingd.

Rusty Russell 2ecfbf46e3 hsmd: drop newdir logic.
Originally we were supposed to tell the HSM we had just created the directory,
otherwise it wouldn't create a new seed. But we modified it to check if
there was a seed file anyway: just move that logic into a branch of hsmd.

Rusty Russell 2ff50107ac lightningd/hsm_control: use a simple fd for HSM.
Now we're always sync, just use an fd. Put the hsm_sync_read() helper
here, too, and do HSM init sync which makes things much simpler.
