Rusty Russell 3746ea36e2 channeld: tiebreak identical HTLC outputs by CLTV.
This was suggested by Pierre-Marie as the solution to the 'same HTLC,
different CLTV' signature mismatch.

Rusty Russell 5cf34d6618 Remove tal_len, use tal_count() or tal_bytelen().
tal_count() is used where there's a type, even if it's char or u8, and
tal_bytelen() is going to replace tal_len() for clarity: it's only needed
where a pointer is void.

We shim tal_bytelen() for now.

William Casarin 44f9863192 permute_tx: bail on empty permute_{inputs/outputs} arguments
permute_outputs is sometimes called with empty arguments from initial_commit_tx.
Make sure we guard against that case. We also do the same in permute_inputs for
good measure.

Christian Decker d9df831a2f Don't attempt to permute a single input
This was annoying valgrind since it would attempt to swap an input
with itself.

Rusty Russell 85ff95e829 common: new directory for any shared objects.
To avoid everything pulling in HTLCs stuff to the opening daemon, we
split the channel and commit_tx routines into initial_channel and
initial_commit_tx (no HTLC support) and move full HTLC supporting versions
into channeld.
