Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: `fundchannel`, `multifundchannel`, `fundchannel_start` and `openchannel_init`: new field `channel_type`.

Rusty Russell 3c2a57598f spenderp: add channel_type parameter to fundchannel / multifundchannel.
And add a request schema for multifundchannel.

Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: `fundchannel` and `multifundchannel` now take an optional `channel_type` parameter.

Rusty Russell 2f0e13e793 multifundchannel: use `excess_as_change` flag to simplify logic.
This was added to fundpsbt/utxopsbt in v0.10, but the spender plugin
didn't take advantage of it, instead calculating its own change amount
and output.

Vincenzo Palazzo ca2a162d70 fix: build with gcc 13 with enum and int mismatch
gcc 13 add an extra check for the enum in the definition
of a method. In our case the code was failing with the
following error, and the compiler is right, our definition
is different from the implementation.

```
The gcc 13 is not released yet, but fedora beta is out for public testing,
so it is useful fix this error in this release candidate cycle.
Christian Decker 5c1de8029a openingd: Add `reserve` to `fundchannel` and `multifundchannel`
Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: `fundchannel`, `multifundchannel` and `fundchannel_start` now accept a `reserve` parameter to indicate the absolute reserve to impose on the peer.
Rusty Russell 2da5244e83 jsonrpc: make error codes an enum.
This allows GDB to print values, but also allows us to use them in
'case' statements.  This wasn't allowed before because they're not
constant terms.
This also made it clear there's a clash between two error codes,
so move one.
Christian Decker 185cd81be4 jsonrpc: Add `mindepth` argument to fundchannel and multifundchannel
niftynei f24bbac8d9 channel leases: pass expected lease rates around in compat form
We need to know what the lease we're expecting is. To do this
we pass around the hex encoded portion of the wire format.
We can use this passed in expected lease rates to confirm that the peer
is, in fact, using the same rates as what we have currently.
Changelog-Added: JSON-RPC: fundchannel, multifundchannel, and openchannel_init now accept a 'compact_lease' for any requested funds
niftynei 6db6ba6c03 dual-funding: introduce racy state
It's unlikely but possible that a race condition will result in us not
being at the 'secured' state yet here.
Crashlogs. All required msgs are received (in order)
from peers, but the crash suggests they weren't relayed/processed by the
spender plugin in the order received.
WIRE_TX_SIGNATURES is passed the the plugin via a notification;
WIRE_COMMITMENT_SIGNED is returned as the result of an RPC call.
niftynei 2586641678 mfc: use consolidated error reporting, reduce reliance on json-str
Previously this ported errors around as JSON. A nicer thing to do is to
deconstruct/reconstruct it; this also allows us to create our own errors
from within the multifundchannel family.
