Christian Decker 7e03db5062 tx: Change permute_{inputs,outputs} to sort both old and new txs
This is required in order for both old and new transactions to be identical.

Rusty Russell 3746ea36e2 channeld: tiebreak identical HTLC outputs by CLTV.
This was suggested by Pierre-Marie as the solution to the 'same HTLC,
different CLTV' signature mismatch.

Rusty Russell 85ff95e829 common: new directory for any shared objects.
To avoid everything pulling in HTLCs stuff to the opening daemon, we
split the channel and commit_tx routines into initial_channel and
initial_commit_tx (no HTLC support) and move full HTLC supporting versions
into channeld.
