Rusty Russell 28884864d0 plugins/pay: don't bother parsing nodeid for summary. We have sanity checks in there that it's a valid point. Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
